Cancellation and Refund Conditions - Prestige Lux Tour


As Prestige Lux Tour, we adopt a flexible and customer-focused approach in your yacht rental process. In line with your request to cancel your reservation or change the date, our processes are carried out according to the conditions stated below. The conditions below will guide the cancellation and refund processes.

Date Change

If you request a date change in your reservation, we can make the change if the yacht is available on the new dates. However, unfortunately, if the yacht is full on the requested dates, changes cannot be made. In case of date change requests, only the price difference and additional administrative costs will be applied if the yacht is different for the new dates. Date change requestsmust be made at least 14 days before the tour date.

When you wish to cancel your yacht charter reservation, the following general refund policy will apply:

  • 1. Within the First 72 Hours After Reservation
  • • Your payment will be refunded in full.

  • 2. For cancellations made 60 days or more before the tour date.
  • • 25% of your down payment will be allocated as administrative costs and the remaining amount will be refunded.

  • 3. For cancellations made between 59 and 15 days or more before the tour date.
  • • 50% of your down payment will be allocated as administrative costs and the remaining amount will be refunded.

  • 4. If There Are 14 Days or Less Until the Tour Date
  • • Your entire advance payment will be allocated as administrative costs and will not be refunded. In case of cancellations of 14 days or less, in special cases, flexibility may be provided in favor of the customer as a result of negotiations with the yacht owner.

    The allocated administrative costs are used to cover reservation transactions, payments to the yacht owner and other operational costs.

Cancellation Notification Process

All your cancellation requests must be made in writing (E-mail, WhatsApp).info@prestigeluxtour.comYou can send it to the address. Requests without written notification will not be processed. In order for the cancellation notification to be considered valid, it must be approved by the company. In these cases: negotiation with the yacht owner, a solution search in good faith and the fairest approach possible are exhibited.

Unexpected Situations

In unforeseen situations such as natural disasters, serious health problems, global health crises such as pandemics, your payment will be refunded 100% if the negotiations with the yacht owner are concluded positively. The results of the negotiations with the yacht owner are notified to the customer in writing and the process is managed transparently. In cases such as natural disasters and serious health problems, the relevant documents (report, official document, etc.) must be submitted to us in order to initiate the refund process. The evaluation of unexpected situations will be made within 7 business days from the delivery of the documents. However, in other cases, the general refund policy stated above will apply.

Cancellations by Prestige Lux Tour

In case of cancellations made by Prestige Lux Tour, the entire amount you paid will be refunded to you. We give you priority for alternative dates or yachts.

Insurance and Security

• All our charter yachts are covered by standard insurance. Standard insurance covers accident, damage and third party liability.

• Insurance covers yacht accidents and technical malfunctions that may occur during the voyage. Guests' personal belongings and health problems are not covered by insurance.

• For a wider scope, we at Prestige Lux Tour recommend that you take out personal travel insurance for additional assurance.

Refund Process

Refunds are usually completed within 15-30 business days, taking into account bank processing times. Payment is refunded using the same method used for booking.
